Why the practice exists.
Software now takes actions. An agent holds tools, credentials, and the permission to use them, on top of the same applications and infrastructure attackers have always gone after, and security practice has not caught up.

Authority moved
A model persuaded inside a document, a page, or a tool result now holds credentials that reach production. The failure is a path that was allowed to act.
The tools did not
Evals measure how a model answers a prompt, and scanners list known issues in infrastructure. Neither rates what a compromised path can actually reach.
Attackers moved
Discovery, exploitation, and reverse engineering are getting faster for attackers too. Defending against that takes operators of the same caliber, which a longer list of signatures cannot replace.

Not a scanner
We do not sell a dashboard and a license. The output is findings and the evidence behind them.
Not a certificate
We produce the evidence an auditor or a regulator asks for. We do not attest that you are compliant, and the assurance page says so.
Not a staffing agency
The operator on the scoping call works on the engagement.
Not for everyone
